Din Kurs Sverige AB registers and processes the customer’s personal data on behalf of Solsta Outdoor (referred to below ‘the Organiser’). The personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council – GDPR). The term ‘personal data’ means information that may be directly or indirectly referable to a person.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for collecting and processing your personal data is based on the wording of the Data Protection Regulation in respect of performance of contracts, consent and also legal and public authority requirements.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed so that the Organiser can perform its commitments in relation to you.

This performance may comprise, for example, delivering the service or supplementary services that you ordered, and also being able to perform customer administration and customer care when called on to meet such a demand.

Your personal data may also be processed to enable us to perform obligations according to laws and ordinances, e.g. relating to security. The processing may also include information about contacts between you and the Organiser, e.g. notes of questions and complaints.

By providing data about a possible special diet and personal needs when booking seats, you consent to us processing this personal data with a view to providing the service or supplementary service that you ordered.

Your personal data will be used to provide various offers for services and/or products from the Organiser and the Organiser’s cooperating parties if you actively consent to receiving direct marketing.

In addition to the above-mentioned purposes, you consent to your personal data possibly being used as supporting information for market and customer analyses and also risk management and statistics to develop the Organiser’s and Din Kurs Sverige AB’s range and service.

You can deregister at any time or adjust the offers you receive from the Organiser or the Organiser’s cooperating parties.

We only save data about date of birth when you register as a customer on dinkurs.se\eventry.com, via the organiser and their website, by calling Customer Services and for over-the-counter purchases. Your personal identity (ID) number is not mandatory. The date of birth is used to ensure that the purchaser has attained the minimum age for an ordered service and also to maintain the security required for payment transactions via the Internet for sales of event tickets. A date of birth is used for statistical purposes to improve Din Kurs Sverige AB’s system and also to help the Organiser and its partners to create better and more relevant offers.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED?

The organiser processes the personal data that you provide to us. Personal data that will be processed includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, address, email address and telephone number.

In conjunction with your order, we may also process data such as, for example, special dietary requests or specific information from you about your personal needs when booking seats prior to an event or otherwise within the framework of the customer relationship.

You personally provide this personal data in conjunction with your order on dinkurs.se\eventry.com, via the organiser and their website, by telephone, by email or when making over-the-counter orders with the organiser or ticket representative.

Although it is voluntary to provide this personal data, in certain cases we cannot provide you with the service you have ordered without you providing your personal data.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

We store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes. By ordering a service through Din Kurs Sverige AB, you consent to your personal data being stored by the Organiser and Din Kurs Sverige AB for three years.

Your personal data will be saved for a further three years if you place another order via Din Kurs Sverige AB within three years from your last order.

We never process your personal data for longer than permitted according to applicable laws, ordinances, practice or official decisions. Data may, for example, be saved for longer if required under the Consumer Sales Act or the Bookkeeping Act.

We may supplement and update your personal data by obtaining information from commercial and public registers in order to be able to keep your personal data up-to-date and correct.

WHO WILL PROCESS THE PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data will be processed by the Organiser. Your personal data may also be processed by the Organiser’s cooperating parties, such as hotels, travel agencies, local cooperating parties at the site of the event and also providers of administrative services and system services engaged by the Organiser.

By providing your personal data, you consent to us processing your personal data outside the EU and EEA. In the event that personal data is processed outside the EU/EEA, there will either be a Commission decision about whether the third country in question ensures an adequate level of protection or appropriate safeguards to ensure that your rights are protected.

Din Kurs Sverige AB uses a number of external services for the profiling and verification of purchasers and payment methods in order to offer secure processing of event applications. Such processing may mean that certain data is performed outside the EU/EEA in accordance with the preceding paragraph.

CONSENT

You consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of this written communication by actively accepting our terms and conditions on dinkurs.se\eventry.com, when making over-the-counter purchases via the Organiser, when making purchases or asking for help via email or phone.

YOUR RIGHTS

We are obliged to rectify, complete, block or erase inaccurate personal data at your request.

Those who have consented to personal data being processed are also entitled to revoke this consent. You can request erasure or restriction of your personal data or can object to our processing by email to support@dinkurs.se if you wish to revoke your consent, object to our processing or consider that the processing of your personal data is not necessary for the specified purposes.

For personal data required to be able to deliver and implement an ordered service, and lead time for any complaints, the personal data in question will be erased as quickly as possible.

We are obliged, following a personally signed written request, to provide information free of charge about whether or not personal data relating to you has been processed. This information is provided as a ‘register extract’.
