All fees includes one person conference fee and all lunches & coffee breaks and dinner. 
Exhibition stand will be selected based on registration order. 

Map of exhibition floor will later be sent out to exhibitors. 
Exhibitor fee includes one table approx.size 183 x 75 cm. (not yet confirmed).

Opt.1)   22.500 SEK + 25% VAT, non members 

Opt.2)   16.900 SEK + 25% VAT, company members of PhotonicSweden

Opt.3)    3.600 SEK + 25% VAT, additional exhibitors’ staff. 

Opt.4)     6.000 SEK + 25% VAT, additional table 

Observe that all Swedish exhibitors must pay 25% VAT (Moms). 
The option without VAT is only for VAT-registered companies outside Sweden.
VAT-number must be applied!  

Payment method is possible only by invoice and must be paid no later than 2026-09-25.

OPS-2026 Exhibition days are 07-08 October.
